Celeriac and Horseradish Remoulade

If you’re like me and you love horseradish, then you must try this essential recipe for horseradish celeriac remoulade.

1/2 Lemon in Acidulated Water 500ml Water 500g Celeriac 50g Mayonnaise 80g Creamed Horseradish Sea Salt

Using a serrated mandolin, slice the celeriac 1 ml thick.

Add to acidulated water to stop turning brown.

Mix the horseradish & mayonnaise together, and drain the celeriac when ready.

Mix with the horseradish mayonnaise.

Season to taste with sea salt.

Place in a clean container, and label with today’s date and use within two days.
