Chocolate, Almond and Pistachio Raw Brownie

A rich and easy treat. These raw cacao pistachio brownies are rich and chocolatey, but made with healthier ingredients than the traditional version. 

350g Ground Almonds 1tsp Pink Salt 4tbsp Raw Cacao 340g 100% Dark Chocolate 225g Butter or Coconut Oil 5-6 Eggs  150g Chopped Pistachios 125ml of Maple Syrup

Preheat the oven to to 160 C.

Combine the almond flour, salt, raw cacao and chopped pistachio.

Over a pan of water melt the butter and chocolate together, then allow to cool to room temperature.

Add in the eggs, one at a time, and beat in the chocolate milk.

Fold the dry mix into the chocolate.

Pour into an 8 x 8 inch lined baking tin.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until there’s a slight wobble in the middle. Don’t overcook them or they won’t be gooey!
